Terms of Service

Welcome to Panda-Pelican Development LLC! These Terms govern your access to and use of our platform located at pandadevelopment.net, including the PandaAuth Key System, Virtual Script Storage (VSS), Script Forums, and any other related services (collectively, the "Service").

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

1.1 Account Inactivity and Data Deletion

• Accounts inactive for 15 to 30 consecutive days will be flagged for automatic deletion.
• Consequence of Deletion: This process is irreversible. Automatic deletion permanently removes your account, associated data, active keys, and all VSS scripts.
• The Company assumes no liability for any loss of data, scripts, or revenue resulting from the automated deletion of an inactive account.

The Virtual Script Storage (VSS) is specifically engineered as a supplementary feature to the PandaAuth Key System.

2.1 Mandatory Integration

VSS is not a standalone file hosting service. You are expressly prohibited from utilizing VSS to store or host scripts that are not actively protected through the PandaAuth Key System.

2.2 Third-Party Key Systems

Use of third-party key systems (Luarmor, Junkie, or similar) with VSS is strictly prohibited for standard tier users.

• Exception: Integration with third-party key systems is exclusively permitted for users holding an active Enterprise Tier subscription.

2.3 Enforcement Actions

1. Immediate Script Locking: Access suspended without notice.
2. Content Deletion: Permanent removal of non-compliant scripts.
3. Account Termination: Permanent ban and deletion of your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You strictly agree not to:

• Violate any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service's infrastructure (e.g., Denial-of-Service attacks).
• Use automated scripts, spiders, or robots to scrape, monitor, or disrupt the Service.
• Upload or introduce viruses, trojan horses, logic bombs, or malicious code.
• Impersonate Panda-Pelican Development LLC, its employees, or other users.
• Transmit spam, chain letters, or unauthorized promotional materials.

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any text, code, graphics, or materials ("Content") you upload to the Service. By uploading Content, you warrant that you hold the necessary rights to do so. You grant us a license to host, store, and execute this Content strictly for the purpose of providing the Service.

4.2 Company Property

The Service, its original codebase, infrastructure, design, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of Panda-Pelican Development LLC and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary assets without written consent.
